The ice cream is to be expected. If you're going to sit and eat it's just poor service and poor quality food. I have been about 3-4 times because it's local to me and I like to get the kids meal for my son. The problem is every time we have gone, no matter what I order, they mess it up! No matter what! Every entree, salad, and ice cream, wrong, every time. I am unable to determine if it's the wait staff not listening or the cook not paying attention. I don't plan to go back. I think I gave them enough chances.
